Did you know?? |
You can get about 75 million toothpicks out
of one cord of wood. There are 34,109 Hot Springs Village
property owners.
Ever wonder why we see so many Texas Lic. Plates in the Village?
Over 3700 Texans own property in the Village.
There were 27 deer-auto accidents in the
Village in 2006. This is the second highest ever. Like catfish? Arkansas is the third
largest producer of catfish behind Mississippi and Alabama. In
2005, Arkansas produced over 104 million pounds of catfish for
consumption.
Arkansas is the second largest producer of
cotton in the US (Texas is number one). Also, did you know
that each bale of cotton weighs 480 pounds. Arkansas will
produce about 2.6 million bales this year. Wow, that's a lot of
T-shirts. We have an average of 73 days each year
over 90 degrees.
